Person specification

We are looking for someone who has the following technical skills & experience:

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge ofComplex Electronic Hardwareacross its full lifecycle
• Strongprogramming skills(e.g., C/C++, Java, MATLAB, Go)
• Ability to critically assess and communicatemathematical and statistical fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, persuasive technical reports and verbal briefings
• Capability to break down complex problems into holistic, realistic solutions
• Desire to engage withcyber security and resiliencein relation to CEH
• Ability to work effectively within collaborative and cross-disciplinary teams

Experience

• Proven experience in theCEH domain, particularly in safety- and mission-critical environments
• Practical coding ability using languages such asPython, C++, or data-focused tools likeMATLAB or R
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, conflicting stakeholder demands
• Experience inmentoring or coachingjunior engineers or specialists
