This is a senior, field-based leadership role responsible for planning, directing and continuously improving DSS's end-to-end recruitment operation. Reporting directly to the Director, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle from staffing strategy and sourcing through to assessment, placement, onboarding and retention while managing compliance, supplier relationships and pipeline performance.
