We are currently looking for an HCM Consultant with SAP Italian PY experience to join a project with a global client of ours.

Start: February 2026

Duration: 12 months

Location: 100% remote

Languages: English and Italian speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

Role/Responsibilities

Provide expertise in Italian SAP Payroll processes and configuration.

Support end-to-end Italian payroll implementations.

Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver payroll solutions.

Ensure compliance with Italian payroll regulations.

Configure and maintain Schemas and Rules.

Communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
