Your role:
- Source suitable candidates for client requirements and ensure constant communication throughout the process
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Use LinkedIn and DSR’s content-rich CRM system to find the best candidates for the job
- Grow engagement on social media
- Working closely with our experienced business development team
Skills we look for:
- Contract recruitment experience with evidence of success – bonus points if you have links to SAP, change management or ERP space
- Winning and earning big is a non-negotiable for us, so, if you’ve got that competitive edge, determination to succeed and a great sense of humour, then you'll fit right in!
- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in-person. Being able to get on with people is key
- European business experience and language skills (a plus!)
