Our client is looking for a motivated Junior PMO to support a major global SAP transformation. This role is a proven career-launcher; you will be replacing a team member who has successfully transitioned into a hands-on Master Data Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to gain project management experience while being mentored in technical SAP configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Governance: Support the PMO function by tracking timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.
- Data & Reconciliation: Assist with data reconsolidation tasks and system testing phases to ensure data integrity.
- Training Coordination: Help organise training sessions/documentation as the project moves toward go-live.
- Technical Development: Gain hands-on exposure to Master Data configuration, moving from project support into technical execution over time.
- Reporting: Utilize Power BI to create and maintain project dashboards for senior stakeholders.
Technical Requirements
- Previous experience in Power BI for data visualization.
- Strong Excel experience.
- Must be detail-oriented with an interest in Testing and Data Reconciliation.
- A strong desire to learn SAP Master Data configuration (this is a primary learning opportunity).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to support a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
