About the Role
Join the Dsquared2 London Store as a Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic luxury retail environment. You’ll engage with clients, promote the latest collections, and contribute to the store’s success while developing your skills in a fast-paced, fashion-forward setting.
Scope
- Ensure top level customer service
- Contribute to the achievement of the store target, ensuring good sales level
- Maintain outstanding store environment and visual merchandising standards
- Contribute to stock activities (deliveries, stock maintenance)
- Help to process the e-commerce marketplace orders following the instructions of the Store Manager
- Updated with product information
- Follow company policies and procedures (grooming and uniform guidelines)
Tasks
- Welcoming customers
- Customer service focus (data collection, recalling and after-sales activities making use of devices provided by the company)
- Be always updated about new shipments
- Create a direct customer portfolio
- Take care of business relationship with the customer
- Handle complaints with Senior Manager
- Make best use of the devices provided by the company to accomplish sales goals
