- Purpose of the Role
Join us as a Performance & Capability Coordinator and drive excellence across our manufacturing site.
You'll lead performance data capture, analysis, and insights.
Manage training systems and support capability-building initiatives.
This role combines data-driven decision making with people development, helping teams improve performance, skills, and operational results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the collation, validation, and reporting of site performance and quality data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze operational performance trends and develop reports, BI dashboards, and provide recommendations on a regular basis.
- Automate current data recording methods using BI tools.
- Maintain and administer the site's training management system (POKA), ensuring training records are accurate, compliant, and kept up to date.
- Liaise with the Production Managers, supervisors and key stakeholders to ensure data is leading to actionable insights.
- Coordinate and support training, onboarding, and capability-building programs to maintain and further develop workforce skills.
- Maintain training matrices, competency frameworks, and skills records.
- Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by using performance data to identify root causes, track improvement initiatives, and measure the impact of corrective actions.
