You’ll play a strategic role blending technical know-how with commercial impact. Collaborate with global experts, support our Heanor-based Sales & Premix team, and enjoy the flexibility of remote work with regular travel.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of the monogastric species strategy for ANH, with a strong focus on Performance Solutions (feed additives) in the UK and Ireland.
- Co-lead the planning and implementation of the local Performance Solutions strategy.
- Assist Account Managers in developing the Performance Solutions and Premix portfolio with key customers.
- Provide feed formulation support and lead local field trials and early-stage customer engagement projects.
- Work closely with Global Innovation, Product and Species Management, and regional poultry and pig experts.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, staying current on nutritional trends; travel approximately 60 days per year across the UK and Ireland.

You bring
- 5+ years of experience in the animal nutrition industry with a monogastric species focus, premix knowledge advantageous.
- Proven feed formulation expertise and strong technical knowledge in animal nutrition.
- A commercially minded approach with interest in market trends and customer needs.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Animal Science, Biology or related field (preferred, not essential).
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a proactive, flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication and writing skills; a true team player and people person.
- Committed to long-term career growth and continuous development in animal health and nutrition.
