Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product specific performance tests including measuring evaporation rate and clarity of solutions.
- Conduct stability studies (light, heat, humidity) and document changes in colour, clarity, viscosity, and olfactory profile.
- Accurately record all experimental data, test procedures, and olfactory evaluations.
- Generate internal reports summarising test results, performance observations, and formulation notes.
- Maintain, clean, and calibrate laboratory equipment such as scales, mixers, pipettes, and analytical instruments.
- Manage inventory, track stock levels, and order replacements as needed.
- Ensure the fragrance lab remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and internal regulatory guidelines.

You bring
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment, weighing techniques, analytical tools, and sample‑handling procedures.
- Excellent documentation, organisational, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to follow formulas and experimental methods with high precision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills for cross‑functional project support.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field, or 1–3 years’ experience in a laboratory environment; experience in fragrance, flavour, cosmetic, or consumer‑products labs preferred.
