dsm-firmenich is recruiting for its prestigious four-year Apprenticeship programme on the Dalry site. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with maintenance, fault finding, and repair of electrical systems.
- Supporting work on instrumentation and control systems.
- Learning how to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Gaining experience with plant equipment, sensors, and control systems.
- Working safely in line with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Contributing to continuous improvement activities.
- Assisting in the execution of safety, food safety and quality controls in adherence with site procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prospective applicants must have or attain five passes at National 5 (including English), together with attainment or predicted attainment of two Higher qualifications by August 2026, one of which must be Physics or Maths.
- Current and/or predicted Higher grades must be at level C or above.
- All applicants must be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, work well in a team environment, demonstrate a talent for practical skills, and be prepared to make a positive contribution to the site.
