Position
The IT Technician supports the day-to-day operation of the school’s IT services, providing frontline technical support to staff and students. The role focuses on maintaining hardware and software, assisting with user support, troubleshooting issues, and helping to ensure the school’s IT systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Help administer the school’s computerised systems supporting the IT Manager/IT Systems Administrator
- Support and maintain the Level 1, 2 Helpdesk
- Troubleshoot end user desktop hardware
