About the Role

The Customer Marketing Specialist is responsible for delivering customer-facing activation and field execution that supports agreed Mini Med commercial priorities in the UK and Ireland.

This role is focused on customer-facing activation and field execution.

It works closely with Product Managers, Sales, Education, Medical, Regulatory, Operations, Customer Care, Digital and agency partners to turn agreed plans into practical campaigns, materials and follow-up activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify activation opportunities using customer insight, account feedback, field intelligence and campaign data.
  • Translate product and launch plans into customer-facing campaigns, field tools and compliant messaging.
  • Support launches through HCP pre‑engagement, account materials, customer communications and campaign tracking.
  • Deliver installed base and retention communications.
  • Prepare field enablement and objection‑handling tools.
  • Track performance and recommend corrective action.
  • Coordinate delivery across internal teams and agency partners.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree‑level qualification required, ideally in marketing, business, life sciences or a related discipline.
  • Professional marketing qualification preferred, such as CIM, postgraduate marketing qualification, MBA with marketing focus, or equivalent senior‑level marketing development.
  • Typically 8–10+ years’ experience in customer marketing, commercial marketing, brand marketing or launch activation.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences or another regulated commercial environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to use insight, segmentation, performance data or market intelligence to identify opportunities and translate them into measurable activation plans.
  • Experience developing campaigns, field tools, customer journeys, account activation materials and compliant customer‑facing messaging.
  • Launch experience involving complex products, regulated claims, multiple stakeholders and field deployment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical confidence and ability to turn data into recommendations, initiatives and improved execution.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to secure support and collaborate effectively across functions.
