About the Role
MiniMed is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the selling of its diabetes portfolio and achieve sales targets aligned with the UK Sales and Marketing strategy. The position is a strategic account development role, identifying and liaising with key decision makers and influencers, while collaborating closely with the Technical Consultant and District Sales Manager to drive business growth within a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell MiniMed’s diabetes products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product and service solutions to maximize benefits derived from MiniMed’s offerings.
- Educate customers on company products and services.
- Conduct market research on customers and competitor activities.
- Implement market development plans and strategies, adjusting as needed.
- Communicate customer feedback on new products or modifications to existing products to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
