About the Role

The Customer Care & Order Operations (CCOO) team drives customer experience through technology innovation and supports our mission to deliver patient solutions worldwide. This permanent role is based at the Watford office with a hybrid working model (3 in‑office days, 2 remote days). Office days are Monday and Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support in Minimed’s Order‑to‑Delivery processes and Supply Chain through analytical and operational support.
  • Contribute to company goals in the area of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle all incoming calls and e‑mails to shared mailboxes, prioritise urgent enquiries/orders, and take ownership to resolution.
  • Resolve issues and communicate reactively to customers.
  • Contribute to process improvement and standardisation (internal/external) and participate in or lead projects.
  • Support Strategic Accounts and deliver a seamless, value‑added service.
  • Capture and document customer specificities in internal systems.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in an office‑based environment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skills (telephone and email).
  • Strong customer‑relationship building skills.
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations.
  • Preference for a second language: Spanish, Swedish or Portuguese.
