About the Role
We are looking for an independent, talented Patient Services Representative to provide product support to customers using our equipment in Finland.
If you are emotionally intelligent and empathetic, you may be our next support representative to join the dedicated customer services team.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to patients, dealers, distributors, and sales personnel by responding to product‑related questions.
- Deliver safe and reliable support regarding order entry, delivery status, and order queries.
- Accurately and consistently document patient feedback and troubleshooting completed on the call.
- Ensure on or above‑target compliance with call quality standards and manage time effectively by prioritizing calls, follow‑up, and administrative tasks to achieve team and individual KPI.
- Act as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Finnish (both written and oral).
- Knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
- Effective multitasking skills, including navigating between programs to access customer data during a call.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑service environment.
