We are looking for an independent, talented Patient Services Representative to provide customer support to our customers using our equipment. The role is based in Watford and will be worked on a hybrid basis. You will support clients in Sweden using our devices for diabetes care and be part of a wider team that speaks various languages, offering a truly global opportunity within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provides advice and support to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel answering product-related questions and delivering safe and reliable technical support.
- Accurately and consistently documents customer feedback and troubleshooting completed during calls.
- Ensures on- or above-target compliance with call quality standards and manages time effectively by prioritising calls, follow‑up, and administrative tasks to meet team and individual KPIs.
- Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
Qualifications:
- Swedish required, together with English (both written and oral).
- Full job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
- Effective multi‑tasking (navigating between programs to access customer data and input text during calls).
- 1–2 years of work experience in a customer service environment.
