MiniMed is seeking an independent, talented Patient Services Representative to provide customer support to Norwegian users of our diabetes devices. The role is based in Watford on a hybrid basis, supporting a global team and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides advice and support to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel, responding to product‑related questions and delivering safe and reliable technical support.
  • Accurately and consistently documents customer feedback and troubleshooting completed on the call.
  • Ensures on‑or‑above‑target compliance with call quality standards, and manages time effectively by prioritizing calls, follow‑up, and administrative tasks to achieve team and individual key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

Qualifications

  • Norwegian required, plus English (both written and oral).
  • Requires full job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
  • Effective multi‑tasking ability (navigating between programs to access customer data and input text during a call).
  • 1‑2 years of work experience in a customer service environment.
