About the Role

This is a 12 month fixed term contract position based in the Watford office (hybrid work model).

  • A Day at Mini Med
  • Provide daily support in Minimed's "order-to-delivery" processes.
  • Provide professional support to the Center of Excellence and the field sales team
  • Contribute to the company's customer satisfaction goals.
  • Handle all incoming calls and emails in shared inboxes, prioritizing urgent inquiries and orders, and taking responsibility until resolution.
  • Take charge of incident resolution and reactive communication with the client or patient.
  • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of processes (internal and external) and be able to participate in or lead projects.
  • Be responsible for registering and documenting client or patient details in internal systems.
