Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead face-to-face meetings, present proposals, and close deals with confidence.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategies and seamless account implementation.
- Support clients post-sale to ensure long-term success.
- Manage your sales pipeline and report progress to leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in sales
- Proven ability to sell both inside (phone/email) and outside (in-person)
- Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels, including C-suite
- Air Freight & Ocean Freight Experience
