We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and experienced Removal Manager to lead and oversee their relocation operations in the UK (office in Heathrow). This position requires a native Japanese speaker to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and professional relocation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of removal operations. Ensure timely availability of materials and resources for seamless execution. Deliver high-quality moving services tailored to customer needs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support moving staff to ensure safe and efficient work practices. Manage shift schedules and provide training to enhance team performance.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their specific relocation requirements. Address and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
