Removal Manager - Japanese Speaker

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and experienced Removal Manager to lead and oversee their relocation operations in UK (office in Heathrow). This position requires a native Japanese speaker to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and professional relocation experience.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of removal operations.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and resources for seamless execution.
• Deliver high-quality moving services tailored to customer needs.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and support moving staff to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
• Manage shift schedules and provide training to enhance team performance.

Client Engagement

• Meet with clients to understand their specific relocation requirements.
• Address and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Budget & Cost Management

• Oversee operational budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
• Monitor material and labor expenses to ensure operations remain within budget.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement new tools and technologies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.

Quality & Safety Assurance

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high service standards and continuously improve based on client feedback.

Candidate Profile

• Industry Experience: Background in the moving or logistics industry is essential.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
