Overview
In this hybrid NYC role, you will lead the market data procurement strategy for private equity, investment banking, and asset management clients. You’ll act as the in-house subject matter expert on research vendors, guiding end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to renewal. You’ll influence internal and client stakeholders and shape a fast-growing line of business. The role offers a meaningful impact on cost optimization, vendor strategy, and data usage efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Own vendor relationships across research providers
- Serve as subject matter expert for the vendor category for internal teams and clients
- Manage client renewal processes with research market data vendors
- Deliver cost savings through sourcing, supplier consolidation, leveraged volume, competitive bidding, and negotiations
- Analyze usage data to reduce waste, optimize spend, and mitigate audit risk
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
