Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global category strategies for Temporary Labour, Contingent Workforce, MSP, Staffing, and broader HR Services
  • Lead major multi-country sourcing initiatives and tender programmes across key markets
  • Drive the implementation, governance, and optimisation of Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic global suppliers to ensure performance, innovation, and long-term value creation
  • Deliver improvements in service quality, compliance, operational efficiency, sustainability, and commercial performance
  • Partner closely with Procurement, HR, and Operations teams to align category strategies with business priorities
  • Influence senior stakeholders across regions, functions, and business units to drive adoption of strategic initiatives
  • Support procurement transformation programmes by embedding best practices, harmonised processes, and new ways of working

What We're Looking For

  • Strong procurement experience within Temporary Labour, Contingent Workforce, Staffing, MSP, Professional Services, or related categories
  • Proven success leading international sourcing projects and supplier management programmes across multiple countries
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex global environments
  • Experience developing and implementing category strategies on a regional or global scale
  • Commercially astute with a track record of delivering measurable business value
  • Broader indirect procurement experience beyond HR categories would be advantageous
