Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement global category strategies for cleaning chemicals, dispensers, and related services, ensuring alignment with business and operational objectivesLead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations to deliver sustainable value, cost optimisation, and service excellenceCollaborate with stakeholders across operations, facilities management, food services, procurement, and regional leadership teams to drive category alignmentAnalyse market trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantageBuild and manage strategic relationships with global suppliers, driving performance, resilience, and continuous improvementLead contract negotiations and governance activities, establishing robust commercial agreements, service levels, and compliance frameworksUse data and analytics to support decision-making, uncover savings opportunities, and improve category visibilityChampion process improvement initiatives that enhance procurement effectiveness and strengthen global collaborationPartner with innovation, marketing, and sustainability teams to identify and introduce new products, technologies, and environmentally responsible solutionsAct as a category expert, bringing market insights and thought leadership to support future business growthWhat We're Looking For8-10+ years of procurement and category management experience within a multinational environmentStrong experience sourcing cleaning chemicals, hygiene products, dispensers, equipment maintenance, or related categoriesProven ability to develop and implement category strategies across regional or global operationsStrong supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing expertiseExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions, regions, and levels of seniorityCommercially astute with strong analytical and financial modelling capabilitiesComfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on executionA continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation and driving procurement excellenceDegree-qualified in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline; MCIPS or equivalent qualification is advantageousFluent English required; additional European languages are beneficialWhy This Role?
