Reference: PR/ _ Airfreight Growth Enablement Manager (EMEA)ð Flexible Location Across EuropeAn international freight forwarder is looking for an Airfreight Growth Enablement Manager (EMEA) to support the growth and optimisation of its regional airfreight network.This is a highly visible role working closely with senior airfreight leadership, focused on gateway strategy, pricing, carrier management, network optimisation, and commercial support across EMEA.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support regional airfreight growth initiatives.Manage and strengthen airline and carrier relationships.Analyse pricing, profitability, yield, and shipment mix performance.Support gateway development, optimisation, and network strategy.Create competitive pricing structures and support customer opportunities.Partner with country and commercial teams to drive profitable growth.Improve consistency, standardisation, and best practice across multiple countries.Help determine the optimal gateway, routing, and trade lane strategy across EMEA.Ideal BackgroundExperience within airfreight product, gateway management, pricing, network development, or trade lane management.Strong understanding of carrier negotiations, gateway operations, and airfreight economics.Commercially minded with experience supporting sales teams on customer solutions and bidding activity.Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and countries within a matrix environment.Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.What They're Looking ForThey're seeking someone who:Is proactive, entrepreneurial, and self-sufficient.Enjoys digging into data and identifying opportunities.Has strong attention to detail and follows initiatives through to completion.Brings structure, organisation, and accountability.Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
