Greater New York City area$85,000-$120,000Shift: 1st (6:30am-4pm) or 2nd (2pm-11:30pm)One of our leading food and beverage manufacturing clients is looking to bring on a Maintenance Planner to support the maintenance and reliability of all plant equipment.

This person will play a critical role in supporting equipment reliability, maintenance execution, and overall plant performance.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Planner include:4+ years of maintenance planning, maintenance supervision, or reliability experience within a manufacturing, packaging, or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and maintenance best practices.

Experience coordinating maintenance schedules, plant shutdowns, work orders, and mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Project management or capital project experience preferred; flexibility to support off-shift and weekend activities as needed.

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Planner include: Manage the facility's CMMS, including work orders, asset records, maintenance schedules, and reporting.

Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to support the maintenance and reliability of all plant equipment and machinery.

Plan and coordinate plant shutdowns, major maintenance activities, and equipment downtime events to ensure efficient execution.

Coordinate maintenance schedules with Operations, ensuring labor, materials, contractors, and replacement parts are available for planned work.

Support equipment reliability initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, equipment upgrades, and capital projects throughout the facility.

Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance-related purchasing activities while promoting safe work practices.
