About the Role:

  • Be a key point of contact for indirect sourcing requests across the EMEA region.
  • Provide world-class sourcing support for indirect commodities, including Facilities Management, Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water), and Maintenance.
  • Offer cross-country sourcing leadership, supporting stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Interact closely with the indirect team to ensure global strategies are deployed effectively in the region, working alongside the appropriate Global Sourcing Lead.
  • Drive cost improvements by negotiating with suppliers and reporting on key Indirect Sourcing metrics, such as savings and Days-to-Pay.
  • Lead regular sourcing execution reviews with internal clients.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops focused on sourcing processes and cost improvements.
  • Lead initiatives and projects related to indirect sourcing, such as small buy negotiations, supplier rationalizations, and preferred supplier development.
  • Drive simplification projects within sourcing processes and tools.
  • Conduct training sessions on sourcing processes and serve as the key point of contact for process inquiries.
  • Ensure sourcing process compliance, providing input and deployment support for procedures and guidelines.
