We are seeking a dynamic Retail Partner to drive growth by building and strengthening partnerships with leading UK retailers and fashion brands. This role focuses on developing strategic relationships, securing listings, and managing wholesale accounts within the apparel and textile sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning business with major retailers and an in-depth understanding of the UK fashion and retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with key retail accounts (e.g., department stores, fashion chains, sports retailers).
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional agreements to maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with retail partners.
- Deliver revenue targets through effective account planning and execution.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-through performance, ensuring alignment with seasonal collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product assortment and merchandising strategies.
- Stay informed on fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.
