An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international beverage business at a pivotal moment, playing a key role in launching and scaling the brand across the UK market, with a focus on London. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this is a highly entrepreneurial, cross-functional role with strong exposure working in conjunction with the exports team. This position will be instrumental in building the driving the initial stages of the UK footprint with a particular focus on developing new business across independent ethnic retail, wholesalers, and cash & carry channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial rollout of the brand in the UK, owning key customer relationships and market execution.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within independent retail, ethnic stores, and cash & carry networks.
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy, with autonomy to shape approach and priorities.
- Work cross-functionally with international/export teams to ensure alignment on supply, pricing, and brand positioning.
- Act as a key on-the-ground representative of the business, gathering market insights and driving continuous improvement.
- Build a strong regional presence through regular field-based activity.
Profile
- Proven track record in FMCG sales or business development, ideally within beverages or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of UK independent retail, wholesale, and cash & carry landscape.
- Highly proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and build from scratch.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment.
- Based in or around London, with flexibility to travel regularly across the UK.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Turkish language skills would be a strong advantage.
