We are looking for an experienced Operations Director for a major international chemicals manufacturer who will be responsible for 8 sites in Europe. The Operations Director for Europe will report to the Vice President of Global Operations, focusing on regional manufacturing and team leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing manufacturing strategies.
- Leading with a strong focus on safety.
- Building a high-performance culture.
- Driving automation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluating and developing plant management talent.
- Overseeing facility upgrades and CAPEX decisions.
- Supporting new product introductions.
- Integrating new acquisitions.
