We are now looking for an experienced and driven Telesales Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base. The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting business owners and decision-makers to introduce our Website and SEO packages. This is a proactive outbound sales role focused on:
- Generating new business opportunities
- Booking qualified appointments
- Closing website and SEO packages directly
- Building long-term client relationships
You will be speaking directly with business owners, identifying their online challenges and presenting clear, value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to UK-based businesses
- Identify decision-makers and assess their needs
- Present dsgnuk's Website and SEO packages confidently
- Overcome objections professionally
- Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up with prospects consistently
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ telesales experience (essential)
- Proven track record in hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident, persuasive and professional telephone manner
- Resilient and self-motivated mindset
- Organised and disciplined approach to pipeline management
- Experience selling digital marketing, websites or SEO (preferred but not essential)
