DSC Nutrition is a growing UK manufacturer of vitamins and supplements, producing tablets, capsules and powders for customers across the UK and Europe. We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Pre-Sales Assistant to support new enquiries, understand customer requirements, and help move opportunities through to order placement with accuracy and professionalism.
The Role
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and identify product requirements across vitamins, supplements, and nutritional products.
- Assess whether an enquiry is ready to move to order or whether a quotation is required.
- Support customers with clear, informed communication throughout the early stages of the sales process.
- Accurately process approved orders and ensure all key information is recorded correctly.
- Work closely with internal teams to hand over confirmed orders for production and quality review.
About You
- Confident communicator with a professional and engaging telephone manner.
- Customer-focused, organised, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries accurately.
- A genuine interest in vitamins, supplements, health products or the wider wellness sector.
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer needs quickly.
- Previous experience in nutrition, supplements, wellness, personal training, sales support or a related field would be advantageous.
