We are looking for an experienced and customer‑focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales function and manage the customer journey from enquiry and order placement through to delivery.
Duties
- Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to dispatch and delivery
- Act as a key point of contact for customers via telephone and email
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide product and order information
- Process sales orders, invoices and related documentation accurately
- Provide customers with regular updates on delivery dates and order status
- Liaise with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure records are kept up to date
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Support and mentor other members of the Administration team when required
- Ensure company policies, health & safety, GMP and food safety standards are followed
- Assist in other areas of the business as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous sales or sales administration experience (essential)
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment
- Organised, proactive and able to use initiative
- Strong teamwork skills
- Administration experience (desirable)
