We're looking for a General Manager for a leading Pet Crematoria business. In this role you'll take full ownership of the management of the business who offer dignified services to pet owners and veterinary practices across the North West. You will also oversee a 2nd site.
About the role:
- Leading a team of operatives and drivers and the aftercare team, through your Supervisor reports
- Managing the P&L
- Compliance
- Maintenance and upkeep of the 2 sites
- Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
About you:
A commercial and empathetic leader with a demonstrable record of managing people, processes and P&Ls. You will be a fantastic relationship builder, strong communicator and people-centric manager, ideally from a retail, funeral or veterinary services background.
Salary: Up to £55k plus car allowance and benefits. This role is Monday to Friday and is based on site 5 days per week.
