Salary - up to £67,000

Hours – Full and Part time considered

My client is one of the leading organisations providing services, with homes across the United Kingdom, for children that have emotional behavioural difficulties. They are an independent, integrated care company who has a proven track record of providing therapy, residential placement and education.

They are looking for a Clinical Lead to manage a Multi-Disciplinary team of up to 7 therapists (SaLT, OT, Chartered Psychologist, Art Psychotherapists) and coordinate services across the company, supporting strategy and governance.

The ideal candidate may be a therapist with HCPC registration or a Learning Disability Nurse or senior Mental Health Nurse with experience of LD services and managing a diverse team.

This role is based in Shrewsbury with some travel and my client would be open to both full and part-time.
