My client is a well-established and trusted domiciliary care provider who delivers high-quality, person-centered care to their private, elderly clients, supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes while maintaining dignity and choice. They are now seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop an area around Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire.
As the Area Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading an Area of around 10 branches and 200-300 staff. The role drives delivery of customer experience and growth, commercial business performance and effectively manages key operational risks & compliance requirements. You will be tasked with driving the commercial performance of your business unit, including the growth of hours, margin and Live-In care services.
- Proven experience in leading managers within a multi-site business
- CQC regulated environments, such as healthcare
- A track record of delivering strong commercial performance
- Full UK driving license
