Sb is exclusively working with a premium fashion brand located in Nottinghamshire who has achieved phenomenal success and continues to grow. As a Wholesale Ops Co-ordinator, you will work with a third-party warehouse to coordinate, plan and execute the distribution of products throughout the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be:
- Creating pick tickets, delivery notes, invoices and other necessary shipping documentation
- Daily liaison with 3PL
- Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of orders within specific delivery windows
- Booking delivery/collection slots for customers’ orders
- Stock & Inventory control
Experience required:
- Highly proficient in Excel - Vlookup & Pivot Tables - this is essential
- Export and shipping documentation knowledge
- Order fulfilment and processing knowledge
- Experience of fashion wholesale distribution and working with 3PLs would be highly desirable but not essential
This role is based full-time and onsite.
