You will be meticulous and adaptable with a strong foundation in garment construction and have a creative mindset to address challenges in pattern development
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create sample and development patterns
- Attend fit meetings and make accurate notes
- Work closely with factories and inhouse machinists to resolve any pattern issues
- Assist with pattern grading
Candidates will need:
- Prior pattern cutting experience within womenswear fashion trends
- Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of creative pattern cutting.
- Knowledge of grading is advantageous
- Confidence in collaborating with multiple teams
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis with 1 day working from home and remaining in the office plus flexible hours and Buy & sell holiday scheme
