Location: Glasgow (4 days a week in the office)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary

ROLE OVERVIEW: As a National Account Manager, you will take ownership of one of the most critical accounts in the business - Sephora. This role will provide exceptional exposure internally, including direct interaction with the CEO, and will require travel across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sephora account.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to drive sales, marketing activation, and NPD launches.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at Sephora to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategies and deliver results.
  • Analyse performance data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement commercial initiatives to maximise brand impact.
  • Travel across Europe to engage with partners, understand market dynamics, and strengthen partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working with Sephora is essential.
  • Strong background in Beauty, Skincare, or wider FMCG.
  • Proven track record in managing high-profile accounts and delivering commercial growth.
