ROLE OVERVIEW: As a National Account Manager, you will take ownership of one of the most critical accounts in the business - Sephora. This role will provide exceptional exposure internally, including direct interaction with the CEO, and will require travel across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Sephora account.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to drive sales, marketing activation, and NPD launches.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at Sephora to ensure best-in-class execution.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategies and deliver results.
- Analyse performance data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement commercial initiatives to maximise brand impact.
- Travel across Europe to engage with partners, understand market dynamics, and strengthen partnerships.
