An exciting area management opportunity in a business undergoing significant positive change and transformation, this role is managing around a dozen branches in a very customer-focused environment.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous multi-site management experience in regulated retail or healthcare (dentistry, veterinary, pharmacy, optical etc)
- Have operated in a customer-centric role that has delivered exceptional client service levels
- Have experience in consultative sales or value-added services
- Have strong leadership capability and are a motivational leader who can engage, coach and develop teams
- Can demonstrate the ability to create, implement and deliver strategic growth and performance in the community in which they operate
- Have strong commercial acumen and can understand and deliver change
- Have a full UK Manual Driving Licence
