We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant to join a busy and collaborative finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of processes while also supporting across wider finance functions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Full ownership of the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Planning and executing regular payment runs
- Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries efficiently
- Completing regular bank reconciliations
- Accessing and maintaining supplier portals
- Supporting the sales ledger function, including seasonal invoicing
- Assisting the wider finance team during peak periods
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in purchase ledger and be confident working both independently and as part of a team.

- Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Assistant role
