DSA is looking for an experienced Party Wall Surveyor to join our London office and help grow our developing party wall service. This is a senior role, so the successful candidate must be confident running matters independently, advising clients direct, and handling projects from instruction through to award. You will work closely with our structural and civil engineering teams across the wider DSA business.

Your work will include:

  • Party Wall Matters - Reviewing construction drawings to identify notifiable works, preparing and serving Party Wall Notices, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing Party Wall Awards, conducting property inspections and preparing Schedules of Condition, acting as Building Owner's, Adjoining Owner's or Agreed Surveyor.
  • Neighbourly Matters & Boundary Issues - Negotiating access licences and agreements (e.g., crane & scaffold licences), researching and assessing title documents, boundaries, and easements, advising on rights of access and potential disputes.
  • Technical Work & Project Management - Maintaining accurate records and project trackers, reviewing building methods and construction documents, assisting in business growth by networking with industry professionals.
