Job Description

About the Role:

DSA Executive is seeking an experienced freelance recruiter to work on a commission-only basis. You will be responsible for winning and resourcing new business primarily within the logistics, supply chain, and transport sectors. There is also the opportunity to expand within the wider fields of education and legal services together wtih broadening the scope of supply chain and logistics roles across industry. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated recruiter with strong networks, sector knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and win new recruitment assignments in target sectors
  • Manage client relationships and candidate process end-to-end
  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-calibre management and executive-level candidates
  • Work flexibly and autonomously with full back-office and brand support from DSA Executive

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or transport sectors preferred – education / legal beneficial
  • Proven track record in candidate sourcing and client development
  • Confident, proactive, and professional

This is a commission only role and will suit a confident, professional and self-motivated indivual who is seeking the opportunity to work autonomously with a genuine prospect of attractive earnings whilst maintaining self-paced working.
