About the Role:
DSA Executive is seeking an experienced freelance recruiter to work on a commission-only basis. You will be responsible for winning and resourcing new business within the logistics, supply chain, and transport sectors. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated recruiter with strong networks, sector knowledge, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new recruitment assignments in target sectors
- Manage client relationships and candidate process end-to-end
- Source, screen, and shortlist high-calibre management and executive-level candidates
- Work flexibly and autonomously with full back-office and brand support from DSA Executive
