We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our team at Hinckley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks within our production operation, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently whilst following all H&S procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Being accountable for own and others' health and safety at work, operating in line with SSOW (safe systems of work) and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Raising any unsafe acts immediately and reporting health and safety incidents to management.
- Achieving set productivity and performance targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Carrying out daily warehouse and/or production activities.

- FLT License for Reach Truck & Counterbalance (desirable).

Working hours: Jan to Jun: 37.5 hrs – Mon–Thurs 06:00–14:00 / Fri 06:00–11:00; or late shift - Mon–Thurs 14:00–22:00 / Fri 11:00–16:00. July to Dec: 40 hours.
