Join our team at DS Smith Wirral and play a key role in delivering high-quality production! We’re looking for a motivated Production Operative to support our manufacturing operations. You’ll help ensure smooth production processes, maintain safety standards, and achieve performance targets.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Take responsibility for your own and others’ health and safety, following SSOW (Safe Systems of Work) and company procedures.
- Immediately report any unsafe acts or incidents to management.
- Meet productivity and quality targets consistently.
- Carry out daily warehouse and production activities efficiently.
About you
Minimum requirements:
- Safety-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Team player with a quality-focused approach.
- Flexible and open to multi-skilled working and constructive challenge.
Preferred experience:
- Background in corrugated board manufacturing (ideal but not essential).
