DS Smith, a leader in sustainable paper and packaging, is seeking a Process Development Engineer to optimize process chemistry across its mill network.

You will push boundaries in charge balance, drainage, and zeta potential, delivering cleaner, more efficient papermaking and real process improvements.

You will model processes, lead a Working Group, train mill teams, and work with suppliers and R&D to translate insights into on-site changes and measurable benefits across Europe.
