We are currently looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to join our Packaging Division and generate exciting and relevant content for the Marketing department that brings to life our Value Proposition and capabilities driving brand engagement and differentiation. This role will report into the Divisional Campaign Marketing Manager, aligning closely with campaign and marketing priorities across the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content to fulfil the Marketing communication calendar needs, working in close collaboration with the Marketing Managers in the Division.
- Combine market trends and insights with our offer and portfolio to bring to life compelling stories about how we address our customers' needs.
- Identify new and relevant formats to excite and engage our target audience.
- Manage and maintain the central marketing asset library within Optimizely, ensuring all content is well organised, up to date, and easy to access.
- Continuously improve the asset library experience, ensuring it is intuitive, efficient, and supports colleagues in finding the right content quickly.
- Together with the Marketing & Communications manager, identify the correct content strategy for the different channels aligned to the customer journey and specific touchpoints.
- Design and build CRM email communications to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and customer lifecycle activity.
- Support the delivery of strategic innovations to market by working closely with product managers to understand product gate stages, and develop effective sales enablement materials (including brochures, one-pagers, and digital content) alongside compelling value propositions.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all communications, ensuring a high standard of execution and attention to detail.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative work reflects the company’s tone, positioning, and value.
About You
- Strong project management skills with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Fluent in English, any other European languages are a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Creativity with the ability to tell a story, putting pictures and words to inform and engage the target audience.
- Curiosity about new technologies and tools to bring to life visuals and provide interaction.
- Technical skills in Design software to create product mockups, as well as video editing.
