Customer Service Co‑ordinator – Fixed Term Maternity Contract (12 months)

As the face of our business, the customer service team serves as the primary ambassador for DS Smith.
Responsibilities
- Network daily with existing and potential customers to support the administrative process for the Lockerbie site.
- Act as the primary point of call for our customer base, handling enquiries and providing timely assistance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Site teams to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date internal and customer‑facing reporting.
- Maintain meticulous records of process information, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders and internal partners, adapting to new challenges each day.
Qualifications
- Relevant customer‑facing experience, ideally in B2B or B2C environments.
- Ability to work independently while building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
