DS Smith is seeking an experienced Assistant Company Secretary to support the Secretarial function across our global business.
You will help with corporate governance, committee administration, and statutory compliance, including UK and US listing considerations, and deputise when required.
Based in London with a hybrid pattern (3 days in Paddington, 2 days at home), you will coordinate subsidiaries in the EMEA region, manage minutes, and assist with governance disclosures and annual reporting.
